How It Works


The Make It Fun program has four parts - Brain Jams for learning, Cooking Jams for skills, Screen Jams for movies, and Solo Jams for optional private support and coaching.
All take place online. Those unable to attend the group sessions live can watch the recordings afterwards.
Brain Jams

Cooking Jams
From 15-minute staples to weekend gourmet - create healthy, delicious meals you love that work with your schedule - not against it.
Screen Jams
Solo Jams
Watch something fun while changing how you think about food, nutrition, and yourself.
Fun group learning sessions provide the tools and community support you need to shed extra pounds and chronic disease and keep them away for good.
