FOR MEN
Gentlemen: A Tactical Briefing on Your Health
If someone had information that you wouldn't like—but it had a good chance of saving your life—would you want to hear it?
Are you sure?
We’re going to stop with the fun for a minute because this could be a matter of survival.
At ease.

TEN HUT!

The Hidden Enemy
Do you know anyone who is currently developing heart disease? If you answered "no," you’re likely incorrect. The answer is you.
Researchers examined the arteries of 3,000 healthy young people, ages 15–34, who died from things like accidents - not illness. These weren't "sick" people; some were athletes. Every single one of them had fatty streaks in their aorta—the main artery leaving the heart.
Those streaks are the beginning of heart disease. In the Western world, it's almost never a question of if you are developing heart disease; it’s a question of whether it will kill you before something else does.
The Red Flag Most Men Ignore
The food industry has spent billions to convince you that meat is "manly." It worked on us, too. But here’s what the commercials don’t mention: there is a direct link between processed foods, animal products, and erectile dysfunction - and it starts sooner than you might think.
By age 50, nearly 50% of men have ED.
By age 70, it’s close to 70% and continues to climb.
If this is something you are already dealing with, please see a doctor—and then apply for this program. Your body is giving you a "system warning" for a potential stroke or heart attack. ED is often the first sign your vascular system is in trouble, but consider yourself warned: about half of all men never get this "heads up" before a heart event strikes.
And don't assume you’re immune just because you hit the gym or stay on top of your cardio. The evidence is clear: you can't out-train the damage of a poor diet. While ED is the physical result of a lifetime of meat and processed food consumption, it may be the clearest signal you’ll ever get that it’s time to make a change.

The Choice: Take the Risk or a Proven Blueprint?
Statistically, the math is unforgiving: One in three men will die from heart disease or a stroke.
You can ignore this and hope you’re one of the "lucky" ones who survives a heart attack or bypass surgery—where surgeons typically take a vein from your leg to bypass the blockage. Or, you can look at the data.
While many diets attempt to manage your risk or slow your decline, only one way of eating has been clinically documented to actually reverse established heart disease: a whole-foods, plant-based lifestyle.
Not Carnivore. Not Paleo. Not even Vegan, which is often just junk food and fake meat. We’re talking about the traditional way of eating found naturally in the Blue Zones—where the vast majority of their diet comes from food that grows out of the ground. These are the longest-living, highest-performing people on Earth.

Courage is Doing What Needs to be Done
We are a military-veteran-owned company. We know that courage isn’t doing what’s easy; it’s doing what the mission requires.
Eating this way doesn't mean you can never eat meat or processed food again. Bodybuilder and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger does occasionally. So does Penn Jillette, from the comedy and magic duo Penn and Teller, who lost more than 100 pounds and describes his way of eating as "plant-based but not perfect." They both eat this way the vast majority of the time because they want to stay in the game.
The question is: Do you have the courage to try a new fuel source to ensure you’re around to walk your daughter down the aisle, watch your grandkids grow up, and be the partner your wife deserves for the long haul?
The data is in your hands. What you do with it is up to you.
Carry On.
